Refund & Cancellation Policy
At dilbahars.com, we believe that customer satisfaction is key; therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site. If you receive a product that falls in the below-mentioned criteria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery as return and refund requests are taken up only within this time period.
- Wrong Product
- Wrong Quantity
- Significantly different from the description given by the merchant.
We will also not be able to accept the return if the product
- Is used/worn or altered.
- Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
- Is returned without original packaging.
- The serial Number has tampered.
If you have received an empty parcel, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placement of an order or if your order has not yet been shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Once a return or cancellation has been processed, the money will be refunded to you within 3-10 days.
- In the case of COD, we will ask you for bank details (Account holder name, IFSC Code, Bank Name and Address, Account Number) and send the payment via NEFT. For payments via card, net banking – the amount will be returned to the same account.
- Returns will be processed within 7 days of your request. Once a reverse pickup request has been generated, our courier partner will make a max of two attempts to pick up the order. If the order is not handed over to the courier partner for any reason (packet not ready, not at home, etc.), the return request will be forfeited and your request will be denied.
- If an order has been shipped and returned for whatever reason, a one-way shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return case falls under the above-mentioned return criteria. The shipping charge will also be deducted if you do not accept the order on delivery.
